One of the latest diets that are taking the world by storm is the 3-Day diet. As the name suggests this diet takes roughly about three days to complete and according the creators of the diet you are guaranteed to lose weight quickly and easily. This diet has been called many things including the miracle diet. People have lost up to ten pounds in three days while on this diet.
The 3-day diet is a type of diet that is based on the chemical breakdown of certain foods in the body. It delivers about 1000 calories per day and it similar to the 1000-calorie diet. However before beginning this diet there are certain things that you should keep in mind. As with a diet, you should always consult your doctor or another trained professional before starting this diet. While on this diet you should never skip meals as you are only permitted to consume 1000 calories per day so skipping meals could cause you to become ill. Anything less than a 1000 calories could be dangerous. It is very important that you should drink anywhere between four to eight 8 ounce glasses of water daily.
The 3-day diet says that you should never add fat when preparing food. This diet should never been used for more than three days and it should always be followed by four days of normal eating. It is said that if you follow this diet correctly you can lose up to 40 pounds in a month.
