I’m a girly girl. When you’re fat, you don’t feel girlish at all.” The New Brunswick native says she was already about 30 lb. overweight when she got pregnant in mid-2003. She then packed on another 60 lb. while “eating for two,” a strategy that landed her in hospital during her third trimester with severe high blood pressure. After the birth of son Brett in February 2004, Herschmiller set her mind to taking off her excess cellulite and lowering her blood pressure. But she discovered it was easier said than done. “It wasn’t coming off at all,” she says. “I was exercising and everything, but it just wasn’t coming off.” Desperate to reclaim her girlish figure, she signed up at an Edmonton LA Weight Loss Center. Through a meal plan designed specifically for her, Herschmiller, 27, began eating six small nutritious meals a day. @SirenAsylum ive been doing pilates for over 2 years now and trust me it works i was overweight and started doing pilates and cuircuit training and lost weight and toned my body it may not feel like ur doing much at first but u will feel it the next day lol

I still don´t really understand how that ´imprinting´ works (what she is talking about from 0:16 till 00:55 . Is it kind of pulling your belly in, so you get a slimmer belly?
@dolltwin It only hurts because you abs are weak. You are using your neck to get up instead of your abs. Just keep trying and later your neck won’t hurt. When I first started ab work my neck hurt. Later my abs got strong enough that my neck didn’t hurt anymore
Can anyone give a tip on how to keep my neck relaxed that hurt..

I especially felt the first couple in my abs. I’ve been doing theater all summer so I haven’t been able to exercise other than walking to the bus stop and running around for entrances (as well as doing some stretching in during breakts). This is a really great morning exercise.
I love this video yess.. i do ballet so its not too hard but great for a quick ten minute workout inbetween classes! well done! x
this is amazing, I’ve been doing it for three months now, every day for 30 minutes (No cheating!!!) and the results are just AMAZING! The my body looks now gave me so much confidence.
