I’m not sure if you’re aware that your pictures(of before/after effect) are used in some advertisments of “fat burning” pills(or something like that).
While browsing the web once I saw banner with your pictures stating something like “I got ripped in 30 days” which made me laugh becase i have watched your video earlier.

use whey protien as a supplement and eat whole foods that have good amounts of protien as well, such as tuna, lean meats, chicken breast. also, make sure to use the whey as a post work out supplement as the muscles are starving and need the fast protien within 30 minutes. thats should help out a lil bit and if i came across this vid sooner i would have answered sooner. good luck and hope it helps

yeap atleast yours is more realistic, those guys that say “six pack in 16 weeks” are plain bullshit, been doing abs for 1 year, joined a gym 5months ago (21 weeks), still have a little fat on the lower abs
