This is a long winded advert. No solutions here.


About 3 days after i became a raw vegan, my insomnia was completly gone. Food is the strongest medicine, 99% of problems are the direct result of ones diet. Also i think ambien should be illigal, I had major withdrawals and couldent sleep for 3 days after i stoped taking it. When i was younger i tried many different drugs, but the only thing i ever got addicted to was ambien.

You need to avoid FLUORIDE if you want your MELATONIN levels to be high! Fluoride calcifies the pineal gland and stops it from making MELATONIN. DAMN.

This is interesting. I have that. Where I get a boost of energy at night time. I feel fantastic at night time and then I fall asleep in the morning.

People obviously don’t understand what “natural” means. Anything from a pharmaceutical company, is, natural. All the chemicals come from the periodic table of elements, therefore it’s natural.


try extra-virgin organic coconut oil. i’ll make you lose weight. also to help sleep try valerian; a herb that works like the medication valium, but not addictive. before taking valerian make check to see if you are taking any medication, if you are check with your doc if making the switch from the meds to valerian. if you anit takin meds still check to make sure valerian is sutible for you. and drink half your body weight of water’ ask your doc. peace. please ask your DOC!

You probably present good health information and as your careful not to blame ambien, doesn’t “think outside the pill bottle” suggest at least a little that a natural fix is better. If ambiens slogan was “better than nature” people would have a problem. It shouldn’t be assumed a pill fix is automatically bad but where your respectful in this video, implying natural equals healthier feeds a culture that isn’t.


Sean, doctors don’t know what they’re doing. I went to so many different guys for second opinions… because I always feel tired or weak. Mentally and physically! Apparently, I have depression, anxiety, low blood pressure, low sugar consumption (I’m ketogenic), and blood tests show levels of iron, b12 and the works to be in the bottom of the ‘healthy range bracket’.

Not ONE of them, not ONE has ever asked me about my adrenal glands. Those old farts! Am I surprised?
