HOLY FUCK….nothing has hurt me this much since lkie EVER…woowww this hurts my legs and arms i could only do like a third of this workout. im 5 5 and weigh like 127pounds….and fuck this hurts ha :)


This was so hard for me, i didn’t complete it all, but i am panting and my legs feel weak, and i am sweating mildly! i need practice… and a shower. ;p
