My trainer told me that you should always eat after a workout because your metabolism is in full swing. I go to the gym at night, so I do eat about an hour before bed but its fine because I work out at night also.

I know that water contributes to hair moisture, and I wanted to how does it, because I drink water everyday( at least 8 glasses, In fact, its all I drink), and I dont see any difference or changes.
Can you give a list of foods you eat?
Thanks for the knowledge. You learn something new everyday. See you on Hairlista.

Hon, you are so right! The smaller plates are a life-saver. I really need to set a time limit on how late I eat! See how I feel after a week of this. thanks for the tips, hon!
This video came right on time for me. I’m currently in the process of shedding 40+ lbs. These are some good tips and this video is motivating me to try harder (especially in the food department…lol).
But, I’ll definitely keep your tips in mind. I want my hair & body to both be in it’s healthiest state possible.
Brown sugar is almost the same as white. It’s still refined, even when advertised as raw, just not as much. Molasses is added to give it a brown color. Brown sugar contains about 17 kilocalories per teaspoon, compared with 16 kilocalories for white sugar. So about the same. Be easy on the honey to, bcuz like sugar, it still contains glucose and fructose. It just doesn’t convert to fat as fast. Btw, I have visited Hairlista n love it. Do your thang girl! Ur hair looks great!

Awesome girl! I too am 5′5 and around March of this year weighed in at 181 after two kids and not being able to fit anything I decided I needed to change my lifestyle. I am 30 plus pounds lighter and I have a little more to go. Your tips were great and just shows with exercise, eating healthier smaller portions that the weight just falls off. No need for super diet pills or extreme dieting. :-)
