I notice that After not only are they smaller…but….their eyes are open more….they look weight more energetic…..besides i think fatties dont have a chance in my book. :)

I weighed 263, and decided to lose weight. One year later i weight 128 pds. For a 5′8 Male. And all i did was eat three times a day & walk a 30-60 minutes a day. I swear they’re is nothing like this feeling of finding your self.
