@Onemorechance12 I don’t think she’s disgusting, some people can pig out on pizza all day and be as boney as a skeleton, I have a friend who’s like that, they just can’t really put on any weight.

I humbly admire yoga, but how does it increase flexibility without a warmup before postions or poses? Even in my high school gym class our warmup for the things we did was at least an 800 meter run, usually 1600, and some other things, and only then were we allowed to stretch. The same idea follows in sports or martial arts, we arent allowed to stretch “cold” muscles. How does yoga retain its effectiveness while at the same time being such a low impact routine/program/philosophy?
This is great. I start my vegan ” clean eating ” again tomorrow( had too processed vegan stuff last week). And now I have a routine to go with it !!

Looks like this girl needs to GAIN weight. Needs to to have a higher calorie diet and get at least SOME fat on her body. There’s no way that’s an ideal weight.

I really don’t like this. Yoga should be for relaxing not to get nerveus because you talk like you are in a hurry. Also that background music is just annoying. Really not yoga style.
This is great :). I’ve been doing this for about a week now and it’s so relaxing. I always feel very calm and happy after doing it =).
