YOGA for WEIGHT LOSS Pt 2

Esther shows us some lunge salutations and incorporated some standing poses into it. This to get you moving more as part of the regime of weighloss. Next part we’ll focus on the abs and after that thighs and butt. This sequence is good for anybody!!

hey, thank you sooo much for this ! i have a question, how many times should i do this these yoga for weight loss sequences in a week if combined with power walking and advanced pilates?
well this is kinda like the beginners videos only faster :)
The pace was too quick for me.
I guess I’ll stick with the yoga for beginners.
